President - Douglas Schanck

Presiding overboard meetings: Ensuring meetings are conducted smoothly and the decision-making process is effective.
Signing contracts and legal documents: Handling official documentation and legal matters on behalf of the HOA.
Serving as a spokesperson: Acting as the face and voice of the HOA in various interactions.
Overseeing daily operations: Managing the day-to-day functioning of the association.
Vice President - Giulia Cone
Acting in the president's absence: The Vice President assumes the President’s duties only when the President is unavailable or incapacitated.
Additional duties: Depending on the HOA's structure, the Vice President may:
Chair or lead specific committees, such as the architectural review or maintenance committees.
Serve as a liaison between these committees and the board, ensuring communication and coordination on key community matters.

Secretary - Paul Maxwell

The HOA Communications ensures that communications between the neighborhood and HOA are communicated. This includes the neighborhood website, Facebook, and quarterly newsletter. The communications person is also involved with the Neighborhood Block party and the Neighborhood Yard Sale.
Landscape (Grounds) - Sean Dugan
